Fast and Furious 7 is Almost Here!
Okay guys one more week until Fast and Furious 7 starring Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Dwanye” The Rock” Johnson, Jason Statham, Jordana Brewster, Ludicris, Tyrese Gibson, Nathalie Emmanuel (whom I double) and Kurt Russell comes out!
I am super excited about this film I got to do some stunts that will make your mouth drop!!! Obviously I can’t say what they are right now! Next week I will share behind the scenes pictures with you!! Stay tuned for that!
I came on Fast and Furious 7 after Paul Walker died, so I never got the opportunity to meet him but all I heard about him was that he was really and truly a good guy he was definitely one of the good ones that’s all people would say about him was nothing but good things he was happy and he would talk about his daughter a lot.
One night before a really big car stunt Tyrese Gibson came on set and asked if he could say a few words about Paul.. He got a lil emotional as he was talking about him.Unfortunately I can’t remember what he said because GEEZ it’s Tyrese!!!
I can also say that Michelle Rodriguez is freakin’ hilarious I have never had so much fun in the makeup trailer getting my wig put on she was loud and she was funny I felt so comfortable being in there with her that it was just once in a lifetime experience She made everyone feel so comfortable.
Nathalie Emmanuel was a real sweet heart no problem asking for a picture with her. At one point I thought Michelle Rodriguez was going to photo bomb us!!. Funny story about the curly wig that I was wearing every woman even some of the men loved that wig to the point where when Fast 7 was wrapped we all wanted that wig!
Fast and Furious is such a big family and genuinely from the crew to the cast everyone cares about each other they have all been together for a very long time.. I really felt like part of the Fast and Furious family..
As part of the stunt department we all had dinner together we went to the movies together we did activities together I really felt like part of the fast 7 family.. I can remember one night we went to dinner and one of the department heads was asking the stunt drivers their opinion for different car stunts for the next movie that was coming out he really valued their opinion and everyone was sitting around the table brainstorming what about this what about that what if we tried this it was just really cool to watch and be apart of it. It was like this is where it all starts this is where making it happen happens even down to drawing stuff out on a napkin!!
One day we went to the main office where they have all of the cars I had never seen so many duplicates of cars that are being used for one movie in my entire career. Their were multiples of everything once the movie comes out I do have some really cool pictures that I can show of behind the scenes stuff.. Second Unit Director Spiro Razatos, Second Unit Director/Coordinator Jack Gill Second Unit Coordinator Andy Gill. I truly thank you for allowing me to be a part of such an iconic film.
